Saturday

8:30 AM Volunteer Shifts Begin (exact start time depends on volunteer position)

10:00 AM Pit Zone Access Open (drive up/drop off 10am - 1:30pm)

11:30 AM Coaches Meeting and Course Inspection 

12:00 PM GRiT Clinic - Girl’s Ride to follow

1:30 PM *Course Inspection Open to all riders: 1:30-2:45pm pre-ride; 2:45-3:45pm re-ride; 3:45pm free ride

1:45 PM Registration Opens (closes at 3:30 PM)

4:00 PM Cackalacky Cup

5:30 PM Course Closed - (No one allowed on trails after course is closed)

*Everyone on course (registered student-athlete, licensed coach, and league staff) must have a race plate affixed to their bikes.

Sunday

7:00 AM Volunteer Shifts Begin (exact start time depends on volunteer position)

7:15 AM Parking and Pit Zone Open for Set-up

7:30 AM Registration Opens (Registration for each category closes one hour before the start of the race for that category)

8:00 AM *Course Inspection Open 

8:30 AM Mandatory Head Coaches Meeting (meet at League Trailer)

8:40 AM Course Inspection Access Ends (all riders must be off the course by 9:00 AM)

9:00 AM Staging - Wave 1 MS Boys (6, 7, 8)

9:15 AM Racing Begins 

9:29 AM Staging - Wave 2 MS Girls (6,7,8)

9:59 AM Staging - Wave 3 HS Boys (Freshman, JV1)

11:04 AM Staging - Wave 4 HS Girls (MSA, Freshman, JV1, JV2, V)

12:30 PM Staging - Wave 5 HS Boys (7A, 8A, JV2, V)

2:30 PM Racing Concludes

2:45 PM Pit Zone Break Down Begins

4:00 PM Awards Ceremony (approximate)
